Scheduling. All lessons, cage, mound, and team facility reservations must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance to guarantee availability.

No-Call/No-Show Fee. TCA reserves the right to assess a no-call/no-show fee, which also includes members. This fee will be no less than the cost of that time slot to the business. We understand that life can throw us some curve balls and things come up that are out of our control. We want to be able to ensure that our serious students/families have ample access to our instructors and facilities. We hope you understand that this policy is not meant to punish, but rather is in place to preserve the integrity of the overall TCA experience. Thank you for your cooperation!
